Long COVID Essentials series

Long COVID Essentials is a resource sheet series by The Sick Times and Long COVID Justice. The series provides foundational information about navigating Long COVID. Whether you’re newly experiencing confusing symptoms, have had this disease for years, or are helping others in your community, Long COVID Essentials will direct you to information and resources to support you along the way.

Each of our Long COVID Essentials resource sheets is designed by and for people with Long COVID and associated diseases. They’ve all been reviewed by people living with Long COVID and/or caregivers, and by medical experts who provide Long COVID care.

The resource sheets can be printed and/or shared as digital PDFs, and are available in English and Spanish. We encourage you to share them with healthcare providers, community leaders and organizations, mutual aid groups, on social media, and more.

Resource sheets include:

  • Long COVID basics
  • CONDITIONS & COMPLICATIONS: Symptoms, treatments & more
